Welcome to Endy — A Space for the Mind that’s Divergent by Design

Endy is a supportive online community for neurodivergent individuals to connect, grow, and embrace their true nature.

“Neurodivergent” – commonly abbreviated N.D., or “Endy” — refers to anyone whose mind works outside of conventional expectations. This may include heightened creativity, deep sensitivity, intense focus, or experiencing emotions in layered and vivid ways. Whether there’s been a formal diagnosis or simply a deep sense of being different—Endy is here to offer support, guidance, and belonging.

This is a place to explore, connect, and see what feels right—for your body, your mind, and your way of being.

Hi, I’m Stephanie, The Founder Of Endy.

Welcome to Endy, a neurodivergent-affirming community created from both lived experience and 20 years in psychology, trauma work, and teaching. After my late AuDHD diagnosis, I realized I wasn’t broken—I was unseen by a system that wasn’t built for minds like mine. Endy was born to change that. We offer accessible, body-based, and sustainable support rooted in compassion, community, and real-life needs. We’re not just about awareness or acceptance—we’re moving toward full affirmation of neurodivergent identities. Endy is here to affirm your wiring, support your nervous system, and help you build a life that fits you.

FAQs

Not quite. Endy is therapy-adjacent—meaning it’s designed to complement and support the work you’re doing (or have done) in therapy. We focus on everyday mental health hygiene, nervous system care, and authentic connection—all through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. Think of Endy as the space that offers what traditional therapy often doesn’t: real community, practical tools for daily life, and support for building a life that actually fits your unique wiring. Whether you’re in therapy, between providers, or wrapping up your work, Endy helps you stay grounded, supported, and connected.

We get it—group spaces can feel overwhelming. That’s why Endy groups are designed to be as low-pressure and welcoming as possible. They’re open-format (come when you can, no reservation required), offered at varied times to fit different schedules, and always led by seasoned professionals who know how to hold safe, affirming space. There’s no pressure to speak—your quiet presence is more than enough. Come as you are, explore what feels right, and take your time. You might be surprised how healing it can feel to be among others who get it.

Endy offers a mix of guided practices, community discussion, live group sessions, and ongoing tools for mental health hygiene and daily nervous system care—all created with neurodivergent needs in mind. This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about resourcing you. You’ll get access to body-based tools, affirming education, and community experiences that help you feel seen, supported, and more like yourself. You choose what you engage with and when—everything is designed to be accessible, self-paced, and rooted in real life.

If you’ve ever felt unseen or misunderstood by traditional mental health or medical systems, Endy may be just what you’ve been looking for. Our space is for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent—whether you have a formal diagnosis from a provider, support from a therapist, or simply resonate with the lived experiences of Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, or other forms of difference. We aim to be as inclusive as possible. You won’t need to prove anything to belong here. Our model is rooted in “call in, not call out”—if the content feels supportive, you’re welcome here.

Mental health hygiene is the idea that care for your mind and nervous system is an ongoing practice—not a one-time fix. Unlike surgery, where you “treat and cure,” our mental and emotional lives need steady, sustainable tending. There’s nothing to fix—because you aren’t broken. Just like brushing your teeth, mental health hygiene is about consistent, approachable habits that help you feel grounded, regulated, and more like yourself. At Endy, we provide the tools, guidance, and support to build those habits in a way that works for your unique brain and body—without shame or pressure.

You Belong Here.
